Q: What size are the Light Up Letters and Numbers?
A: All letters and numbers are 4ft (1.2m) high. The width varies depending on the letter or number but ranges from 2ft (0.6m) to 4ft (1.2m).
Q: How do I plug them in?
A: Each letters has two connectors on the rear. One IEC male inlet (with pins), and one IEC female inlet (with slots). All lights link together with cables with one plug at the start so you dont need lots of extension leads. First connect the lights together with the supplied link cables. Second connect the starter cable to the first light in the chain and then connect to mains 13a wall socket.
Q: How can I check availability?
A: Our online booking system will only let you book our products if we have availability on the dates you select. If you are able to add the product to your cart it means we have enough stock available for that particular dates. As soon as you check out it means your booking is confirmed.
Q: How much does it cost to hire Light Up Letters and Numbers?
A: All pricing is displayed on each product page in our Online Hire Shop. Rates are calculated on a daily basis, without discounts automatically applied for multiple days bookings.
Q: What happens with delivery?
A: If you choose delivery at checkout, you will enter your delivery details in the checkout and payment screen. We will deliver to this address on the day you selected, and collect from the same address at the end of the hire. Delivery times may vary but we will contact you on the day to let you know a time slot. If there are any special access requirements at your address, for example entry codes, security gates or othr, please make sure arrangements have been made so we can get our delivery van on site.
Q: Does Lumiere set up the Lights for us?
A: If you would prefer we can set up the Light Up Letters and Numbers for you at no additional charge. Just let our delivery team know when they arrive. If you have ordered anything else or in addition to Light Up Letters and numbers, such as uplighters or festoon, we would not usually set this up for you, but we will of course guide you on how to use them. If you do require assistance in setting our products up at your event please contact us after check out.
Q: How do I make Payment?
A: When you get to checkout just follow the onscreen instruction to make a payment. The system will guide you through the process to make payment via PayPal or Debit or Credit Card.

Q: Can I use Light Up Letters outdoors?
A: All of our products are for INDOOR USE ONLY unless stated otherwise. This means they must not get wet or damp, which will damage the equipment.
